Flexible service

This service is provided by our agency either as an integral part of one or more services, or as an independent service. Goal of this service is to secure all available pieces of information about own and competitors´ products, about promotion actions, POP and POS materials, etc. The following are the pieces of information mostly required by our clients:

Independent products

  • Out of stock survey
  • FIFO controlling - rotation of goods, freshness, tidiness, cleanliness and image of selling positions and products.
  • Price survey - price comparison of individual chains, individual categories of selling areas and product series
  • Monitoring whether prices stated in leaflets are adhered to, prices of new products, their promotion and expressive display.
  • Control of implementation of a new product, including changes in planograms.
  • Shelf share - monitoring of actual portion of shelf, facing and placing including possible changes in placing within the shelves, cash zones, action zones, this all in comparison with moves made by chosen competitors in the given group of products within a chain, sector or type of market or country. Share within a listing ? compulsory and voluntary share, share compared with a private brand of a chain, etc. Market share - share from the monitored outlets of one chain, share of the sales area, shelf share, share of secondary placing, share in promotion actions, on end cups, share on distribution, share on sales, and assortment shares.
  • Monitoring of competitors activities, including photos.
  • Monitoring of installation and placing of POS a POP materials completed by photo documentation.
  • Monitoring of above standard/secondary actions /leaflets placing as agreed in a general agreement
  • On-Line controlling, whether client´s sales team or other supplier of services (merchandising, sales promotion, etc.) follows TOURPLANs

  • OOS survey and its reasons.
  • Price tags, their updating and placing.
  • Survey of ordered goods by products and amounts
  • Survey of sold goods within the framework of a promotion action, including further information gained from addressed potential customers.
  • Information acquired from just realised services.
  • Directory of chains acting within the Czech and Slovak Republic, including categorization.

Individual services can be interconnected and combined. Frequency of data collections depends on client´s requirements. Some products (services) can be acquired even FREE OF CHARGE in combination of e.g. merchandising or sales promotion, as a flexible packet of services.. All gained pieces of information are also accessible for the client on the web interface FORCENet. They are also available from any place, in other words, you can download them even if you are on a business trip abroad. Examples of data processing can be acquired after negotiation for cooperation has started. Corresponding calculations are realised individually taking into account time consumption, transport costs and administrative costs.
