Flexible service

We offer (either within the framework of a contract or separately) logistic services, namely for POP and POS materials, including samples for tasting. It means in practice that your POP and POS materials will not be only stored, but also distributed, installed, maintained, and after the corresponding action is over, we secure that they will be dismantled and stored again to be available for further use. In the course of the above mentioned actions you will be informed about actual state in regular intervals through internet, i.e. through FORCENet. On our websites you will find how to get access to FORCENet.

STORAGE

• Republic warehouses (Prague, Prievidza)
  • up to 3 pallets FREE OF CHARGE
  • for other amounts see our updated offer in CZK/Sk per pallet and day
• Regional stocks handled by our AREA MANAGERS or HOSTESSES/PROMOTERS

DISTRIBUTION

• Full logistic securing of individual actions (distribution of samples, etc) ? by proper delivery vans or by private cars of area managers, by PPL, DPD, SERVANT and by others.
• Hostesses/promoters are using their own cars enabling them flexibility to arrive at required place and deliver and place materials for tasting as well promo materials as need be.

INSTALLATION

At selling points ? in outlets not supported by merchandising services or sales promotion services we can secure also installation and photo documentation based on in advance approved time schedule - TOURPLAN.

REPORTING - RECORDING

We keep stock holding and the following types of documents:

• bonuses/presents ? we keep records on individual brands and their updated numbers in regional and national stocks.
• promotion stands/tables ? we keep records on individual brands and their updated numbers in all stocks and for agency as a whole+continuous records in individual positions and outlets.
• promotion hangers, standers (metal, cardboard, etc.) ? we keep records on individual brands and their updated numbers in all stocks and for agency as a whole+continuous records in individual positions and outlets.
• costumes - we keep records on individual brands and their updated numbers in regional and national stocks + continuous records in individual positions and outlets.
• at materials which can be used repeatedly as for instance stands, standers, costumes etc., we follow also their wear and tear and suitability for further use.
• Records of positions/outlets from the point of view
  • suitability for use and placing of promo materials
  • working hours
  • contact data given by business partners of the client.

BONUS FOR YOU

FREE OF CHARGE distribution under the following conditions:

• the material to be distributed is stored in our stock
• size of the material enables its loading in a car
• the requirement and complete pieces of information have been handed over to our agency at least 30 days before the date of required distribution
• KAC stock representatives accepted to store the material
