We take individualised access to each client based on his specific needs and views. Nevertheless, we keep the following standard format of the service:

As a helping tool to get notion about merchandiser's scope of work, we have prepared package of services "BASIC", "BASIC PLUS" and "FULL SERVIS". In addition to these packages we also provide CUSTOMER´S PACKAGE, which is made up based on wishes and needs of a customer.

    • remote access to FORCENet, in other words to make on the data server accessible all pieces of information on OOS, orders, retail prices of your products, etc.

customer department manager (=CDM) - key responsibilities

  • Check whether the contract with the client is being adhered to
  • Keep control and checks within the framework of the agency structure
  • Coordinate client´s merchandising activities on the market
  • Coordinate all agency activities with the client
  • Check all administration works, including corresponding DTBs
  • Secure manpower management of directly subordinate employees
  • Coordinate and check logistic operations, distribution of information, POP and POS materials
  • Organise trainings and meetings of ARMs with MCHD
  • Check client´s costs effectiveness - present suggestions for amendments
  • Check agency costs effectiveness - present suggestions for amendments
  • Check invoice details
  • Attend regular meetings with the client

area manager (=ARM) - key responsibilities

  • Responsibility for all activities within his area
  • Check whether the contract conditions with the client are being adhered to
  • To be familiar with the updated portfolio of promo actions of the client in individual chain outlets
  • Coordinate and check training of MCHDs, check merchandising activities of his client on the market.
    • Create DTB specifying MCHD´s job description and maintain it
  • Share responsibility for logistic operations, distribution of information, POP and POS materials
  • Check specific data in DTB, keep Online communication
  • Process administrative works and reports, including Online Merchandising
  • Secure manpower management for MCHD in his area
    • Draw up list of potential MCHDs
  • Communicate with stock representatives and clients on behalf of the agency
    • Draw up lists of contact persons representing individual KAC and clients
  • Attend regular meetings with the client
  • Attend regular agency meetings

merchandiser (=MCHD)
key pre-requisites and responsibilities:

  • Previous experience with a TOP brand in the position of MCHD
  • Ability to communicate effectively, see things from the other person's point of view, provide information on carried out services
  • Ability to communicate through electronic appliances (e-mail, SMS, etc.)
  • Keep above standard relationships in his outlet
  • Knowledge of client's updated portfolio of KAC promo actions
  • Merchandising by orders
  • Give priority to the agency clients
  • Take maximum care of clients, not of competitors.
  • Responsibility for more outlets in the town
  • Give preference to re-supplying of goods in the morning
  • The merchandiser has to be well presented and business like, independent, time flexible, and responsible.
  • Communication will be secured by the agency.
  • Representative of the agency, generally ARM, will meet MCHD once a month
