Checking and training

In the course of so called STORE CHECKS (=STCH), or checks of state in individual outlets from the client point of view, work of agency and work of MCHD is inspected. One of the tasks is whether MCHD follows procedures as specified in manuals. Then follows practical check of MCHD´s work under his presence. MCHD has to demonstrate his working procedures.

Any individual deviations are corrected immediately on the spot. Deviations are consequently discussed by the whole executive team and remedy measures are taken to prevent their recurrence.
