Merchandiser has available both general merchandiser´s manual "What are agency requirements ?" and often also a special client´s manual, containing specific client´s requirements, completed by photos, etc.

Training of executives is carried out on several levels:

ARM level

• Client´s representatives
• CDM
• Common meeting to familiarise themselves with samples in client´s showroom and in the outlet.

MCHD level:

• Client´s representatives
• ARM
• In the outlet or in small groups within one town (TOP CITY)

Frequency and timing:

• During presentation of a client
• At least once a month based on inspection results
• In case of the first coming
• In case of a change
• If required by the client
