Monitoring and reporting provides various data on quality of realised services as well as other selected pieces of information, forming an integral part of the service provided by the agency to individual outlets, e.g. price mirrors, meeting of requirements concerning active placing of goods, etc. Contents and frequency of these pieces of information are again divided according to individual service packages:

  • remote access to FORCENet, alias enabling access to data server - all information about OOS, about orders and retail prices of your products, etc.

    • SMS reporting after every visit with selected most important pieces of information
    • Automatic SMS call addressed to agency representative in the area
    • Automatic SMS call addressed to client´s representative in the area

Extra reporting

  • Photo reporting either current or promotional - on NET server as required
  • Reports on competitor´s activities - on NET server as required - through proper executive channels
