Sales Promotion
Its a type of marketing communication. Services provided by this department contribute to building of a brand name of your products, help to familiarise potential customers with your products and services either in outlets or on places where consumers miss such products or where they have time to test them. Most frequently they can taste them directly on the spot or to take a sample to test it at home. In this connection the term "brand experience" is being used. Along with providing information and distribution of samples also a research aimed to find out opinions, reactions, consumer habits of potential customers is usually carried out.
This service is frequently accompanied by installation of promo tables attended by hostess wearing nice costumes, which accentuate view of the offered products, brands or companies. The atmosphere can be highlighted and emphasized by complementary activities as for example by using of a lottery-wheel for presents, using of music or presence of a brand mascot.
Another part of the department work forms for example so called Events promotions. These are actions targeted partly to consumers (e.g. consumer contests with price awards) but also aimed to train and motivate your own employees. They will teach themselves for instance how to get rid of stress, how to relax and recreate themselves. During these actions an employee usually gets to know himself better but he also familiarises himself with other members of his own executive team, which leads to higher teamwork efficiency.

Data Collection
Our agency secures collection and evaluation of various pieces of information e.g. in the form of a price mirror of products produced by our clients or by their competitors. Sales Force
Sales Force is a different team of managers, supervisors and merchandisers. We realise two models of the Sales Force:
- They EITHER replace proper selling teams of our clients (whole teams or a part of them). Clients in this case are usually producers or importers
- OR they secure realisation as so called smart merchandiser teams headed by their team leader alias supervisor. In this case they replace outlet operating staff, so that our client is usually the seller, mostly a transnational chain

Logistic
Our agency has its own storage base to store POP and POS materials of our customers. We secure not only storage but also distribution, installation of POP and POS materials in outlets, or in cases that they are to be used repeatedly, we dismantle, transport and store them until they are used again.
