Checks and training

Description

As a general condition and at the same time as an obligation for persons making inspection is to identify themselves by their personal visiting card. This obligation is valid both for agency employees and external co-workers as well as for client's representatives. Purpose of this precaution is to prevent any release of reporting cards or any other pieces of information to the hands of client's or agency competitors.

Checks are carried out by:

  • Client´s representatives

Methods and frequency

  • It depends on promotion type - how it is demanding and hard to be realised
  • At random - irregularly
    • twice a month
  • Systematically - regularly (permanent and long-term projects)
    • once a week
    • twice a month
    • apod.

Checks description:

  • Check after arrival to the position
  • Watching of a hostess during her work with a customers
  • Right interpretation of the given promotion
  • Knowledge of standards (switch selling, codex - client' internal regulations)
  • Check of personal and reporting cards and data stated in the cards
  • Verification whether there are sufficient numbers of bonuses/presents on the position (at the time of inspection)
  • Neatness of the hostess - complete uniform
  • Tidiness of the position/stand
  • Communication with client's business partners
  • Training aimed to meet requirements given by methodology, by instructions and procedures in manual for hostesses.

Paper handling:

  • Personal card - hostess' time sheet - basis for calculation of wages - remains at the position of hostess/promoter.
    • Signature and a brief statement.
  • Reporting card - information of the course of promotion - remains at the position of hostess/promoter.
    • Signature and brief statement.
  • Protocol on inspection - as a rule it remains at the person carrying out the inspection or training.
    • Detailed description of the course of whole inspection
    • Overall assessment of a hostess performance from all points of view (knowledge, neatness, general impression, training and its contents).
