Hostess/promoter has available a general manual "HOSTESS/PROMOTER´S GUIDE" with job description including client's specific requirements, completed by photos, etc. Part of the manual you can see here

Executives are trained in the following different levels:

ARM

• Client's representatives
• CDM
• Common familiarization with samples and procedures in client's showroom and directly in the outlet

HOSTESS/PROMOTER

• Client's representatives
• ARM
• In the outlet or in small groups within one town (TOP CITY)

Frequency and timing:

1. During presentation of a client
2. At least once a month based on results of an inspection
3. In case of the first coming
4. In case of a change
5. If required by the client
