customer department manager (=CDM)
key responsibilities

  • Check whether the contract with the client is being adhered to
  • Keep control and checks within the framework of the agency structure
  • Coordinate activities of hostesses/ promoters on the market with activities of the client
  • Coordinate all agency activities with the client and cooperate with the client
    • Prepare and maintain TOURPLAN - schedule of work for hostesses/ promoters
  • Check all paper works and corresponding DTB
  • Secure manpower management of directly subordinate employees
  • Coordinate and check logistic operations, distribution of information, POP and POS materials
  • Organise trainings and meetings of ARMs with hostesses/ promoters
  • Check client´s costs effectiveness - present suggestions for amendments
  • Check agency costs effectiveness - present suggestions for amendments
  • Check invoice details
  • Attend regular meetings with the client
  • Attend regular agency meetings

Area manager (=ARM)

  • Responsibility for all activities within his area or project
  • Check whether the contract conditions with the client are being adhered to
  • To be familiar with the updated portfolio of promo actions of the client in individual chain outlets
  • Coordinate, check and train hostesses/ promoters, support activities of his client on the market.
    • Prepare and maintain TOURPLAN program - schedule of work for hostesses/ promoters
  • Share responsibility for logistic operations, distribution of information, POP and POS materials
  • Check individual data in the TOURPLAN
  • Process administrative works and reports
  • Secure manpower management for hostesses/ promoters operating in his area
    • Draw up list of potential hostesses/ promoters
  • Communicate with representatives of stocks and clients on behalf of the agency
    • Draw up lists of contact persons representing individual KAC and clients
  • Attend regular meetings with the client
  • Attend regular agency meetings

  • Experience with hostess/promoter promotion actions
  • Aptitude for selling
  • Good communication skills
  • Serious and pleasing manners
  • Independence and flexibility
  • Responsibility and reliability
  • Communication is secured by the agency
  • Attendance at selected trainings
