Reporting
Description
- Based on client's wishes and in accordance with his priorities we make up so-called reporting card.
- Reports are processed and handed over to the client in time intervals agreed with the client in advance.
- Data from the reports are continuously handed over in electronic form.
- Original reporting cards are delivered to the client in agreed deadlines
- As soon as required data are obtained, we prepare for the client reports, graphic charts, analyses, etc.
Types and frequency
- Basic - complete information (verbal report, SMS) from individual positions reports hostess to assistant daily.
- Record on bonuses/ presents - movement/ release from individual positions - is monitored by ARM
- Finance accounting - finance flow (e.g. for purchase of pastry) - is monitored by ARM
- Weekly report - every Monday the assistant summarises weekly information from individual positions and sends it by electronic means to the client.
- The assistant also summarises a complex report for the whole project within two working days after the project is over.
- Further reports as required by and agreed with the client.
The Complex report and its benefits - by its implementation we can analyse in a quite understandable and simple method:
- Sales increase in the following parameters:
- Region
- Position
- Brand
- Package
- Datum
- Day of the week
- Type of bonus/present
- and so on.
- How are successful individual brands
- Release of bonuses/ presents and their popularity
- Fruitfulness of so called switch selling at individual brands.
- Fruitfulness of promotion types (contests, etc.)
- Fruitfulness of repeated actions
